If you have not done so, please return the Lead and Copper Inventory Survey letter that was mailed out to all residents a few weeks ago. Several options are available for providing the information:
1. Scan this QR code to fill out the form.
2. Text a photo of water pipes at water meter and provide your location information to 515-782-7614.
3. Return letter to city hall or stop in to provide information.
An updated Federal regulation by the EPA mandates 100% response to the inventory, even if your service lines are lead-free, in order for Prairie City to be compliant with the new standard. If you have any questions, please reach out to City Hall or contact Public Works.
